Swedish herbs are considered some of the most important components in naturopathy. Already in the 18th century people were aware of their effectiveness. Swedish herbs are available in various pharmaceutical forms. The most common form is extracted in alcohol, the so-called Swedish Bitter which is used as a tincture or is taken internally in liquid form. This extraction is also the basis for the Swedish herb salve which is particularly nurturing when applied to irritated and dehydrated skin.
Apply to effected area and gently massage in. Can be used as needed, also more than once daily.
